The Co. was established in 1989. With staffs of 150, including 38 technicians, fixed assets of 12 million yusn, built-up area of 6600 sqm. annual income from sales of 26 million yuan, it produces LURONG brand esters and acids, such as trimethyl phosphate, tritolyl phosphate, dibutyl phosphite, sodium hydrogen phosphate, industrial phosporic acid, trisodiumphosphate and petroleum catalyst. The first three ones, guided by China Detrochemical Engineering Research Institute, come up to the standard of Japan Teijin Ltd. others up to the mational or trade standing standards.

The annual output is more than one thousand metric tons.
